If you need to see a GP this afternoon and cannot wait until tomorrow, please call 0203 727 5357, option 4 - You will be connected to the GP out of hours service

Please note this service covers the whole of Croydon and the phone line might be busy

There will be doctors on duty for telephone consultation and for face-to-face appointments when needed

For any practice-related queries, repeat prescriptions, blood results, or to book a routine appointment please contact the practice when we reopen on the 30th April
