If you require an urgent appointment, please contact the practice as early as possible. The receptionists have been trained by the GPs to ask questions to signpost you correctly. Please try to give as much information as possible. You may be directed to our assessing clinician or to 111. The Receptionist will ask what your symptoms are to help the clinicians to prioritise the emergency cases.

Home visits
Here at Addington Medical Practice we try to ensure that all patients have access to seeing a medical professional.
We understand that some patients are unable to leave the house. Home visits are conducted by the GP's or we currently have two Paramedics and a Physician Associate working with us who can visit patients and are supervised by a GP.
If you, a family member or someone you care for is housebound and has concerns, please chat to one of our receptionists who will liaise with the on-call GP or care coordinators and schedule a visit for you.
- Telephone: 01689 849 993 or 020 8655 4013

Life Threatening
