How to Request a Home Visit

Here at Addington Medical Practice we try and make it so all patients have access to seeing a medical professional. We understand that some patients are unable to leave the house.  We currently have two paramedics and a Physician Associate working with us who visit patients when needed and any of the GPs can visit in an emergency. If you, a family member or somone you care for is housebound and have concerns please chat to one of our receptionists who will liaise with the oncall GP and schedule a visit for you.
