We are currently experiencing a large volume of patients not attending their appointment without prior cancellation.  It is really important to  let the surgery know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend or no longer need the appointment as there are limited appointments and we could offer your appointment to someone else, which will help bring down the waiting times.  Thank you
